I would like to see a full swing video capture capability added to the Garmin smart phone golf app with data overlay captured by the r50

This full swing video capture capability with ball and club data overlay from the r50 and garmin golf app would be a separator.  To my knowledge none of the high end camera based launch monitors have this capability and it would be a differentiator.  As a launch monitor used for game improvement, swing video is important.

  • I purchased the Gen 2 just before purchasing the Garmin R50 and I really like the integrated video swing capture with overlay of the shot data and information. When I added the pro package and impact options and software that data was even greater and more informative and again having that with every swing that you took was great video evidence of where your game is at. That's why I suggested it for the R50 it would be a great positioning feature for the garmin. As far as why the quad Max I built an indoor simulator and wanted a camera based system not a radar base system. When I tried the R50 I was finding my distances were off short on the R50 by 5 to 7 yards on a iron and 10 to 20 yards on driver. I just simply wanted something that was more accurate more reliable and money really wasn't the object
