Hello Garmin Team,
do you have a specification document on the accuracy of the R50.
I woudl be interested which deviations in degrees we have to expect for club data as well as the deviation for ball data.
Thank you!

Has anyone gotten any feedback from Harmon on this issue?
Well i had a reply from Garmin saying they have had no complaints from anyone about accuracy at all apart from me :0) complete and utter rubbish. They are trying to hide the fact that some of them are not good at all. On another post here someone is saying he is spending time chipping shots and trying to get it to read straight shots, come on for this price it shpuld know what is straight and what isn't surely? The other three monitors I have you just place them down make sure they are straight and then bang off you go.
Why pay 5k for something when you have to spend hours trying to make it work? It's a very expensive iPad if you ask me. I've been using my r10 today on awesome golf and with the upgraded graphics it better the the r50 graphics and accurate, how long are they going to ignore this problem?,
Well from what I can see your a lucky man you have one that works :0) unfortunately for the rest of us ours are crap. I take it you are putting this along side another unit to test against? Or do you know your spin and all your metrics by heart?
To get the 135 distance i normally get with my PW i have to use a bullet of a 9 iron or a softer 8 iron, jesus im 62 years old but still hit my 8 iron 160 and my 9 iron 150, maybe the unit knows I'm old and has dropped the distance down in accordance ;0)
I really like the garmin r50 it's not off by a lot but enough to really annoy me for 5k the only major problem I see is carry distance and swing speeds I'm hoping that's something they can fix through firmware I really don't wanna send the unit back unless there gonna send a full replacement
yeah I feel your pain. I nearly bought GS Pro as well but luckily the R50 started not reading correctly so I didn't, at least that has saved me 250 dollars. On mine there was no GSpro or E6 either, but they are denying that they have had any complaints over these units, very bad PR, I'm sure they will try and keep this from going to public, otherwise they are in trouble
