Garmin R10 Update 4.50 Issues

I updated my Garmin R10 to the new 4.50 firmware and tested it out with Titelist RCT balls.  I am not getting any club path, face or angle data still.

    Thank you, I have just downloaded a bunch of CSV files from Garmin Golf Practice sessions and from Awesome Golf. Should I raise a ticket to send them to you? Basically it shows that with 4.30 I was getting mostly 'actual' spin readings and since 4.50 its been a bit of a mixed bag, I also had several issues with the Garmin golf app reading some of the shots with wedges yesterday, the app registered an additional shot in the count but failed to show the tracer path and didnt give the carry/total for the latest shot. This is all a real shame as it was a really reliable unit on 4.30 and i just dont know if I can trust it in the net now, if I cant trust it I might as well get something else no? I hope you can understand my frustration.

    How do I get these CSV files to you, Ill also include a file to provide an explanation for each, location, balls used, dots used or not, etc.

    Hi, any updates on the issue or a fix? If not, please provide a way to revert to the older firmware.

    Dear Garmin team, Could you please provide an update or at the very least give us the option to revert back to 4.30. This is clearly an issue effecting 100's of R10 users who have purchased your product. It's especially frustrating knowing that this used to be a very reliable and accurate device, but now it's useless to many of us. Please support your customers

    Thank you for getting back to us! I was on the phone with Garmin support earlier today as well, and they said that they could not currently see any open cases with firmware 4.50. I am also happy to share data if needed. Please let me know whatever support you need from us users to help solve this.

    I shared data with them and in the last day shared photos of my setup. I do have a case open on 4.50, have done for a couple of weeks now. Go into help and raise a ticket. Export some 4.30 session data and 4.50 session data and sent it to them. It'll help them work out that there's an issue they need sorting.

    I had a session on Wednesday and it recorded no distances for all 100 balls hit......not good

    Can we get an update on this? As other have described I am able to get "actual" spin indoors using RCT balls but the data is all over the place and seems high.  90% of the time club data is blank, and no matter how good I strike it, my carry is down 20+ yards compared to version 4.30 which was flawless.

    The distances are ok for me on the range. But the club face and path are all over the place. I thought the alignment might be off so I got a stand with an alignment stick socket for it to make sure it was pointing at the correct target but it made no difference after calibrating the unit. The range balls are yellow, I dont know if that has any effect on the results. I did not have the club stats issues with 4.3.
