As of September 19th, 2023:

This would also involve GSPro, and not only Garmin...as we cannot simply make something compatibility from just our side.

We are still monitoring reports of users wanting compatibility…

GSPro is currently is not officially offered as a compatible platform for use with the Approach R10.

We are currently looking further into users wanting support for the Approach R10 and GSPro as a compatible…

We are currently looking further into users wanting support for the Approach R10 and GSPro as a compatible device, and we are still in progress of reviewing this as an option.

Please add GS Pro. This will bring in so much business for Garmin for the mid tier LM crowd. We don't all have $15k to drop on a LM so by giving us this compatability you give us more options.

I also would like to see GSPro officially be added to use with the R10. I am aware of some ways to "go around" and use it with the R10 unofficially, but it would be nice to have it seamlessly integrated.

While Garmin is "looking into" this, the market finds it's own way.

So there has definately been developed solutions for the R10 to be directly communicating with GS Pro.

And as far as I know, it's working very well...

It may actually be an issue if Garmin gets the R10 to be a compatable device, as today You orfer GS Pro with a 3'rd party API, and not sure how it will be to change that license.

So I assume that all existing users at least will continue with a solution that works, and maybe new users of GS Pro will go for the supported solution if it ever comes available.

At this time we would need users to express the want for compatibility with them as well.

Currently no announcements on anything further from our end at this time.

Just started using GSPro and the direct connection from R10 to PC works like a dream.

No issues so far. It's fast, no connection issues, and the results appears very similar to real golf.

Not convinced I would like Garmin interfere with this.

Also tonight I found out that GSPro is giving club head speed and club path without hitting a ball.
