Error: "Unknown battery" comes on and off.

Error: "Unknown battery" comes on and off. Can not connect to the device outside on the driving range in low temperatures (+5 C) and wind. Android 9 mobile. This is a new problem, after a year of working ok. Can the battery be "dead"?

This appears to be out of range issues.

R10 is connected to Your mobile via bluetooth, and distances above 10m are unstable.

Or a cold battery i guess.

If the message is unknown battery to me it seems like a misread of data other than lost connection due to device turning off.

But yes, the battery life will be hurt in cold temperatures.
