4.20 plus app update but now no ball data??

What happened?? Updated FW to 4.20 and downloaded app update on iPad (and Android as well). Now it traces the shot in driving range mode but ZERO ball data or stats. Anyone else experience this or might know what's going on? I've tried re-pairing, re-connecting, etc. with no change. Thanks.

Make sure you don’t have two devices connected with Bluetooth on. I have both an iPhone and iPad mini I use with the r10 depending if I am using the projector or not. Same thing happened to me and realized…

What is Your set up, and what kind of ball are You using?

In my set up I've seen that the unit has issues with low ball flights (7 iron and lower loft).

Have You tried with a wedge?

As others have pointed out, it should still be available by going to the menu, but why? It was easy to access before and now it is a multi-step process. That makes no sense from an ease of use perspective!!
