Approach R10 in standby mode

My new R10 is staying in standby mode, it's connected to my phone fine and I have updated the software but still not working... advise please.

    SAME AS ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE WHATS THE SOLUTION ?

    galaxy tablet connected through phone worked for a hour tried the next day goes in stand but Garmin is on still.

    Is this some glitch ,software issues waited 6 months for a unit, mate has had his for almost a year no issues tried all the forums solutions come on Garmin ,

    this is obviously some software issue what's been done, is there an update? a solution of some sort .

    Hello, Does clearing the Bluetooth pairing history and re-pairing the R10 to the phone make any difference?

    Are there a certain number of shots you can hit before it enters standby mode, and does this occur on both Home Tee Hero and Driving Range Mode? 

    Does the issue occur both indoors and outdoors? How long was it working before it wasn't?

    Same, enters standby every other shot. Very frustrating. Please update software with the option to disable standby mode.

    I just took out my new R10 for the first time today. I was outdoors and in driving range mode. I hit about 100 balls, the device was about 2.1m behind me, and I intermittently received the 'standby mode' message on my phone. The R10 was blinking green the whole time. I received the message 7 or 8 times during the session. Sometimes I'd go 20-25 balls without seeing it while other times it was every 5 or so shots.

    Same here. Got this at least 10 times today and no Garmin Rob all your suggestions don't help. It's clearly a software bug with 4.20. Never had this issue prior to updating to 4.2.

    Got my brand new unit if R10, it usually work for 30 min then hangs in Standby and blinks green, red and white. Then I loose connection. Try on off a few time! It should not be like this! Heat issue? Outdoor? Lease help asap, about to return the ubit!

    The issue you are referring to is being actively investigated by our engineering team. A fix should be forthcoming. Please refer to main thread (3) 4.20 Wakeup Issues - Approach R10 - Golf - Garmin Forums.
