Garmin Golf App: Disappearing Driving Range Sessions

Hi,
I have been playing with an Approach R10 for a few sessions at the range. Its great so far! 
But I have a weird problem with the app.

The first 3 sessions are visible in the Golf Sim Sessions part of the app, however any of my most recent are not. 
Actually they are visible, for a split second when i first open the sim sessions from the menu.

Then they disappear, and the first 3 sessions remain on show.

Any help appreciated

My Phone is an Android, Huawei mate 20 pro.

    Hello! Does uninstalling and reinstalling the Golf app make any difference?

    If you start a new session and end it, is that also disappearing or is that one being saved?

    Garmin Rob, we have suggested that the app be able to work on landscape mode. No answer from you. Can you pass that to the developers. Please!!!!

    Hi Rob,

    Thanks for the input. Yes i tried that but it was the same issues.

    However I have found out what was causing it. I just needed to restart my phone, then all the sessions appeared.

    Simple fix I know, but I'll post up for others that may be experiencing similar issues.

    I'm having the same issue. Eventually it showed up but it was hours later or the next day. I tried restarting my device and that didn't seem to immediately fix it. 

    I've noticed that the latest range session appears for less than a second then disappears.

    I am having the same issue. The device rest did not work for me.

    Hello, have you tried restarting your phone?

    Yes it did not work.

    mine does the same thing eventually they show up but it a day or two later. reset does not work

    First time for me today. Morning session pops up for a second then disappears. Reset doesn't help. All previous sessions before today stay there. I'll give it a chance and keep trying but tried a dozen times so far and same thing. Android, Galaxy S21 Ultra....

    I had the same issue.

    Suddenly today,  R10 was disconnected and training range  session was also disappeared.

    I couldn't make the pairing again in normal process.

     I restarted iphone three times and reinstall the R10 golf app but couldn't fix the problem.

    What I did was I entered the iphone bluetooth mode and make the bluetooth  connection with R10 from there..

    The connection repeated On and OFF several times. I don't know why. Anyway finally  I managed to play the E6 for 20 minutes. Then I got message saying  "R10 was not FULLY connected. and try connection again"

    And then I could make the connection normally  based on the guided procedure.

    After that when I check the R10 Golf app, "driving range session" came back!!

    May be R10 app is not stable yet and same thing would happen again.
