Shots not appearing on app

Hi Team

Apologies if this has been addressed. Going a bit mad.

have setup the R10 / app….can see them connected in the app. When I hit a shot the app doesn’t pick it up. I’ve removed the R10 re adding a couple of times with no luck.

Am I missing something? Go into Golf Sim, click driving range, start training, then hit the shot….with no data luck.

  • mevos have way more problems lol this is a problem a simple update will fix. mevo is a waste of money lol

  • not sure about waving my hand infront of it but when i bakswing it goes solid green then on my downswing it goes white then blue and after i hit my shot it goes back to flashing green but no shot registers. kind of annoying as ive just finished building my sim room and now all i can do is hit balls into an impact screen until they fix this problem with an update. hope it dosent take too long

  • i wouldnt return it. i work in IT and this is a problem that can be fixed with a simple update. they can offer you a replacement but if its from the same batch it will be the exact same issue over and over again. The problem will 100% be adressed to garmin now and i can see them giving us some sort of patch with a new update in the next few days.

  • tried this and it 100% helped the situation but still does not register loads of shots in about 50 i got 6 shots registered. hopefully they will update this asap as i want to play the new awesome golf simulator on it. 

  • From support: I believe based on this that it should flash red when hitting?

    I'm adding you into the ticket, and have you please provide us some information to have better understand of the case.

     

    Is the device not register the shot indoor or outdoor/both?

    Is the led light flashing green before you swing (what light you see after the swing)?

    Do you see a red light at any time after a shot (try waving hand in front of the radar)?

    Are we connecting the R10 with Apple or Android device?

  • so many people are having this problem. they really need to fix this!

  • Just got mine, the same issue not picking up anything. Green light comes on for a few seconds then goes back to flashing blue or white

  • Hi mate has this update came out yet received one for Christmas and having the same problem no shots are registering on the app 

  • No update yet, my Garmin R10 is connected to my MacBook Pro via Garmin Express app and I   check for the update a couple times a day.

  • So are garmin aware of this problem ? Looks like a dodgy batch of garmins ?
