need help .fit file wont load to garmin connect dropped file in browse box and garmin said not compatitble

It should be a run of 21.1km on 16 Oct 2021

Hi I have a corrupt FIT file again - could you fix it please?

I went to the 'Corrupt FIT File Repair Requests' forum you suggested but it doesn't allow me to upload a ZIP file there (just image URL) - it strangely shows the Upload button in the reply here, hence me falling back on this method

This run should be 10.02km, dated 11 Feb 2022

No problem. Also, note that on these "entry level" Forerunners, such as the F25, they seem to require some extra user intervention to minimize future issues.

Sync your watch then do a full master reset of your FR25 using these directions - Clearing user data
Add a weekly cleanup procedure of the ACTIVITY folder to your agenda using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities to Free Up Space
