need help .fit file wont load to garmin connect dropped file in browse box and garmin said not compatitble

This is very embarrassing, but it happened again today

I did clean out the Activities folder when this happened on Friday, and the run yesterday recorded and synced just fine

Garmin should be embarrassed, not you. However, the F25 is nearly 7 years since release date and things have improved immensely, even for the entry level watches.
