Received the new part number 006-B4542-00 for Epix Pro 51mm through SDK manager but Connect IQ does not accept uploads

The following errors were detected in your app file

There were no compatible devices found for the part numbers declared in the manifest file. 006-B4542-00

Btw. since there are apparent issues with the new SDK 6.2.0, do you still recommend using it?
If not how can I safely downgrade to 4.2.4?

When I set 4.2.4 as current SDK some devices do no longer show a Target API level in the run configuration combobox!?

    Thank you very much!

    I wanted to drag the switch to VS Code out as long as possible. I will take your advice and do the switch now.

    That part number is for the APAC device. I'm not sure if something in the device config changed, or is something on the app store changed so that it no longer recognizes that part number, but we'll get it fixed.

    This is not directly related to 6.2.0 (the device configs are managed and updated independent of the SDK), so you should be able to continue to safely use 6.2.0. You may also wish to revert to 4.2.4 without any risk. However, when you say some devices no longer show a Target API level, that sounds like you're using the Eclipse plugin, which we keep available but no longer maintain. If that's the case, I'd recommend moving to VS Code and our Monkey C Extension to have the most up to date Connect IQ development tools.
