Very exciting to install 3.2.1 but can't cos Eclipse reporting:

Also tried access via web browser https://developer.garmin.com/downloads/connect-iq/eclipse/plugins - 403 Forbidden
It seems something is wrong on the Garmin Developer web site(s)
