bug: venusqm CIQ version isn't updated

I noticed https://developer.garmin.com/connect-iq/compatible-devices/ has 0 as the 3rd version number for all devices, regardless of what's in compiler.json or on the real device with latest firmware.

I feel like it might be intentional, but if so, maybe it would be better for that page to use "x" instead of "0" -- e.g. "3.3.x".

Or better yet, only show the first 2 version numbers -- e.g. "3.3"

It's the minimum version in the device files.  What are you missing from 3.3.6 that's not in 3.3.1?
