Bug: array settings cannot be saved

In the current Connect IQ app on iOS, in settings, array elements can be added but not saved. This feature seems totally broken.

Basically I can add elements individually and save them. In the dialogue that shows all array elements, there is also a "Save" button, but it does not do anything. When I go back to the main settings dialogue, there is no more "save" option there, and after I exit, and go to settings again, the array elements are all gone.

I'd be happy to supply screenshots, but the forum tells me that I can't post them there "due to file quota restrictions"

To elaborate on this: when opening the group, I can enter data for the fields, but similar to arrays, the save button there does not do anything, and when I go back to the main settings screen the Save button there is gone.

Fun fact: the same bug also affects setting groups.

So basically there is no way to neatly organize settings left. :-(

I'll create a new ticket and have this investigated—I don't see any open tickets related to this.

I apologize about the "file quota" error, btw. It's something we've been requesting resolution to for a while but for now, you'll just need to include images in follow-up comments as you already have.

Welcome to CIQ. There are already numerous bugs about this. You can up-vote them (not that it helps :(

The only thing we can do is not using these "fake" features that never worked and the only reason for their existence seems to be to inflate some marketing announcement with new features.

First screenshot, when opening the Settings dialogue:

Second screenshot, when after opening the array setting and adding two values. A Save button is visible, but does not do anything.

Third screenshot, after returning to the main Settings dialogue the Save button is gone there and when I just exit, the array entries are not saved.
