Update 2015-09-15

Have started to upload V2 of the 367Bike and RunFields to the App store.
367BikeFields is Live.
367RunFields is Live

The new version adds TimerTime, also adds the seconds on the timer once you reach > 1hr. (I'm told that seeing seconds is especially important for runners)

Note for all : Please refer to the app store for the latest in the NEW direction the app/datafield is going.
Go PRO! GO UnLimited!!

  • TOD (Time Of Day)
  • Timer Time
  • Pace 10s / Current Speed (in KM or Miles)
  • Cad
  • HR
  • Dist (either Miles or KM)
  • Avg Pace / Avg Speed

Many Thanks to SimonMcMullen for his code guidance.
Many Thanks to TORSTEINVH for his guidance on how to make an moving average (tho it's still a hack and not pretty code)

  • Would it be possible to do a version with normal, current pace? (instead of 10s)
Also the elapsed time (top right corner) does not stop when the activity stops (via button or autopase), correct? It would nice if it did :) At least it sound logical to me :)

Anyways, thank you for your great work! :)

Theres always the PRO version. Email me if want more info etc.
thats the nature of elapsed. (read couple pages back)
  • is it possible to have an alternative app where you replace ELAPS by TIMER? I would appreciate that very much,
    regards

I´ll second that - wondered today about that after stopping for a break and then starting again (actually while biking with 367 bikefield)

btw, thanks for the app! Really like it!

Thatmfeature is available in the PRO version. Email me at the email in the app page for more info.

Pace 10s = average last 10s Speed (converted to pace)
This is taking what garmin provides as correny pace and averaging it over the past 10s (inclusive of zeros - no filtering)

    Nice, thanks for the clarification!
  • i just found out that the garmin built in pace (the one for data field) is actually not instant pace at all. It's a averaged pace over x seconds and it's in multiples of 5sec increments in the output.

Anyways - for the pace (Pro feature) and the pace 10s, I'm basically using the speed that garmin provides from the sdk and converting them to pace. So, pace is instant pace (or rather instance speed - whether or not you agree that it's instant due to poor GPS accuracy or etc...) and moving average pace of 10s is average of last 10s. (Or rather instance speed over last 10s - no zero filtering)

    Hello everyone,

I understand that this is comparable with 920XT but I could not install it. Could somebody please post the instruction?

    Many thanks!

    Vivoactive support?

Sorry but I didn't understand. There's problem to use with VA? I'm interested in this datafield, but I think I understood that it doesn't work with VA...

It works perfectly fine. The VA only allows you to use 2 of the possible 3 lines available therefore you can have 5 fields visible if you use 1 line from this and 2 from the built in fields or 7 fields if you use 2 lines from this and 1 from the built in fields.

It's up to you where you place the fields in either line 1 to 3.

It's tricky to explain but really easy to set up once you get your hands on it. I suggest installing it and taking a couple of mins playing with it to set it up.
  • Any plans for epix support? Something like in vivoactive 9 fields?
