I love the way you've implemented the activity goal and move bar in the G2 one, the dots look great...would prefer to see it with larger digital time and without any analog hands.

    EDIT TO ADD:
To keep with the look I would also suggest replacing the batter indicator with dots as well. You could also do away with the bluetooth icon as well to keep in clean and sleek looking.

why is not there second hand?
  • @penaqui The way that ALL CIQ watchfaces work, is that most times the display only updates every minute, and then with a wrist gesture, they drop out of "low power" mode and update every second, for around 10 seconds, so there could be a second hand here, but you may not see it that often!
  • The watch face displays a moving dot around the face representing seconds while not in low power mode. As stated above, there isn't really anything the developers can do at this point to provide a continuous second hand.

The watchface looks great, unfortunately I simply can't download it. For the last two weeks I get the same error
Sorry, the App wasn't sent to your device because we having trouble communicating with our servers. Please try again later
I tried it from 5 Computers/tablets from different networks, but always get the same error. Unfortunately garmin support is absolutely worthless, so I was hoping the community might give me a hint

I tried re-downloading and it worked fine for me. Hopefully one of the Connect IQ guys/gals will read this and can check on their end if there is an issue or a series of steps you should follow to try to remedy this. Did you try this from all the machines at the same time? If so, I would suggest trying again one more time to make sure they weren't performing system maintenance or having a temporary issue.

    Hi
I tried it over the course of 3 weeks. I even used the tablet and smartphone in 4 different networks. It is very strange

I am not too sure how to recommend you proceed with this. I would suggest that you connect this to a computer with the USB cable and make sure in Garmin Express you don't see the watch face and if you do remove it. Then try re-adding it. If that doesn't work, I would PM Brian or Ken (Connect IQ guys) and see what they say. As a developer, I am very dis-attached from the install process and don't have much insight into what might be going on.

@lcj2: Thank you very much for your suggestions. I think I will PM Brian or Ken next week, the normal support really didn't help much

    Love the look

Love the look, when I get the watch (a few days) I will be trying out the G2 for sure. Is it hard to code the digital clock to show UTC. For me that would be simply awesome. I am a pilot and use both local (international changing as I go) and of course UTC is the main time reference during the day at work.
