    Can't uninstall

I accidentally downloaded Actiface and I don't want it and can't get rid of it!? FR235..

    Help please!!
  • It will stay with you forever once you downloaded it.

Sorry, just kidding:) You have to select another face in the watch settings, then you will be able to remove it in GCM or GE.

    Garmiin 235

    Hi,
I'm trying to install this on my forerunner 235, but it says "This app requires an update of your Forerunner 235. Please use Garmin Express to update your Forerunner 235."
The device is up to date.
    What should I do?

    Thanks

fenix 3 HR - no go either

Same problem with a new fenix 3 HR which I just got and which was automatically updated to version 4.20 firmware and get a similar message:

"This app requires an update of your fenix 3 HR. Please use Garmin Express to update your fenix 3 HR."

Also able to download other watch faces.

Maybe your code looks for a version of the firmware lower than 4.20 or maybe you'd have to update to new SDK 2.2.2 ... too new for me to know yet.
  • It's a case where the app store doesn't know you're FW has been updated, and can happen with new watches, where the were set up using the FW installed at the factory, but then updated to the newest FW soon after that. The version checking is performed in the app store, and not in any of the apps.

Here's a thread with details, things to try, and on the last page is what Garmin suggested.

    https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?361384-Device-Update-Needed

After trying these things, it make not work right away so give it a few minutes.

    White line issue

I love this watch face. My only problem is switching the white line on the graph from Distance to Steps. I have switched it in Garmin Express, saved and synced, but as soon as I disconnect my watch, it goes back to showing distance. I have restarted my watch with no change. Any ideas on how to fix this? Please Help!!
