    FX Sunrise/Sunset Fix

For those with F5X and sunrise/sunset issues (displayed as --/--) to fix do the following:
-Ensure ActiFace is disabled (use custom watch face)
-Start activity that uses GPS then discard activity
-Enable ActiFace watch face and sunrise/sunset data will show.

P.S. Before doing all, ensure sunrise/sunset fields is enabled in ActiFace

    Enjoy

    Thanks.

There is probably one another way to get sunrise data (maybe even easier). You can keep the ActiFace active on your watches and just start some GPS-enabled activity and push and hold down button to switch to the watchface when GPS is ready. Then you can return to the activity by pushing Start button and discard it.

Show something other than kCal on graph

Sorry if this has already been brought up, but is there a chance for another option besides kCal on the graph on a FR 230 or other non HR models? Would it be possible to have it show percentage of the day active/moving?

    Fenix 5X, firmware - 4.10
Time from the time to time all Fatchface settings was cleared after Bluetooth synchronization with Garmin Connect Mobile.

Steps were changed to distance, color from red to blue, accumulator percents was changed to no numbers. It seems default setting of watchface were recovered itself.
How to avoid this problem? please advise! :-(

    Wishes for options

First of all, I would like to thank you for a great watch-face and thank you for keeping it alive and well updated! Great work!

Ok, wishes for my Fenix 5:

    - Option to show heart rate under "custom field 1"
I lack the possibility to have heart rate, today's total distance and today's burned Kcal shown as a combination of the 3 custom fields. Is there a reason as to why all 3 custom fields can't show the same things?

    - Seconds
Why isn't it possible to have the seconds shown? I seem to remember that at some point in time, seconds were shown on my 920xt when I turned the wrist. It would be shown for a short while, but that was ok. I lack that feature on the Fenix 5
  • Great Watch Face! Many many thanks!
Now a wish: can you add "do not disturb" icon in the status bar?
  • ActiFace 5

ActiFace 5 with support for Fenix 5/5S/5X is on the store.

Hi, when I try to upload this watch face for my new fenix5 I get the message: "This app requires an update of your fenix 5. Please use Garmin Express to update your fenix 5."
I made sure I am on the latest firmware 4.10.

    Can anybody help, please?
  • It might be a silly question, but what does it mean 95% on the new Smart Training Performance progress bar ?
    Thanks

    SMART TRAINING PERFORMANCE

The Smart Training Progress indicator and percentage gives you the information how your current training load compares to your overall average training performance. It uses the burned calorie counter and its history together with the basal metabolic rate (based on your fitness profile) to calculate the long-term (overall) training load and the current load. The percentage is the rate between these calculated values. The current training load is based on weighted average of calories burned during today (extrapoled by the average) and past 3 days in the ratio of 5:5:4:3 where 5's are today and yesterday. All daily calorie values are decreased by the basal metabolic rate (your calorie consumption for living) to make the training load more significant. It's good to know that ActiFace need some time to learn your common calorie loads to be perfectly realistic in the comparison of the current and the overall performance. The value around 100% means you keep your training pretty straight and regular while with the value below 90% you're probably undertrained. The values above 100% indicates that your fitness condition (or at least the training load) is improving.
