Vivoactive 4 compatible?

I recently purchased a Vivoactive 4 and want to develop an app to optimize tracking my kickboxing workouts. looking at the compatible devices list here: https://developer.garmin.com/connect-iq/compatible-devices/ the vivoactive 4 is not listed.

Does that mean currently I can't develop for it? Or is that list out of date?

You're looking at a list from before the va4 was announced. The list you're looking at was when CIQ2 came out,and we're now in CIQ3, so there are many missing devices.

The front page of the app store will give you a better idea of all the devices with CIQ.

Yes the VA4 is compatible with CIQ version 3.1.
