"Sorry, this page is currently unavailable" when posting a new app to ConnectIQ store

Hi, I'm trying to publish a new app, and every time I send the form, I get "Sorry, this page is currently unavailable. Please try again later." error page (url is https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/developer/submit/app).

Could comeone please try to replicate this? I'm getting it for the last week in all browsers, tried reporting it to Garmin but got no reply.
