Should we be optimistic about the acknowledgements?

When I saw the first email about Richard.ConnectIQ setting the status of a bug I opened 3 years ago I was optimistic. But then I got another 20 emails in 10 minutes and I understood it's probably not that they acknowledged anything, but that they asked the new intern to clean up the unacknowledged bug reports in the forum :(

I apologize about the email spam as that was not my intention. All issues get acknowledged and transferred to our internal tracking system for triaging and prioritizing. The forum ticket status got out of sync with our workflow of transferring issue. All old forum tickets were set to the "in review" status despite having already been acknowledged in the past.

That's what I figured and it was some kind of a clean up, as I'm seeing things are being acked from years ago for old versions of the SDK and device firmware,,,
