Device crash - ERR_LOG.txt - Fenix 3 HR - SW ver: 430 / 450

I received reports on device crashes (reboot) from users of one of my apps. Both are Fenix 3 HR owners, and the app is Maps + Activity (https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/4...d-783d9ff9171c). It uses the makeImageRequest API (not sure if it's related, but I considered it worth mentioning).

good afternoon. I have the latest version of Garmin Connect, I changed the firmware of my Fenix3 HR to v.4.52b, but at the same time I constantly get an error of -300, I've already retried everything. Support Garmin advised to apply to the support of geniuswrist(specifically I want to use a GYM GENIUS).
Yesterday I installed firmware v.4.60 - she also has not solved the problem.(((Tether Log with firmware v.4.60 in the attachment.

Help to understand please!

I've been digging through your log here and I'm not seeing any failures with the 4.60 software listed. Can you give us soem more details about what you are seeing?
