Long Approval Time inquiry

Hello, 

New here so sincere apologies if I am not in the right place. I have an App I am attempting to publish and it said "up to 3 days" but I am currently at 9 days with no updates and unsure if it just takes that long or if I did something wrong. I was recommended to this forum by: (Garmin Connect Developer Program Support) <[email protected]>

    I have the same issue with watch faces. I uploaded new faces a week ago, and the status is still pending. I understand for Beta apps, as the developer should be the only one with access, but for "commercial" faces, that's a bit ridiculous

    I totally agree, I wish there was a little bit more status information, especially if something is wrong on my end that needs to be addressed.

    Following up in case it helps anyone else who finds this thread.

    My first upload (1.0.0) showed "Signature check failed" on the upload page. That looks like a known first-upload glitch with SDK 9.2.0. It then sat unapproved for 11 days with no status change.

    I uploaded a small version bump (1.0.1) with a minor change. This time the upload showed "Signature: Verified", and the app was approved and live the same day.

    I can't say for sure whether the signature status or just the new submission did it. But if your first upload shows a signature failure, or it's been stuck well past the 3 days, uploading a new version number is worth a try.
