App cannot be searched in ConnectIQ

Hi, our app AbsolutSweat was published for about one month and it can be searched in ConnectIQ web but not in Mobile. Do you have any idea?

Yeah, I would've tried the other way around 7.4.3 -> 7.3.1, but you already tried that.

I am in Australia and when I search for absolutesweat I get zero results. Same with my own app.

That's true even here, I also haven't found it when I searched in "English", but it's called AbsolutSweat without "e" in absolut

I think your issue may be unrelated, see my comments on your bug report:

TL;DR I think it's an issue with WW (worldwide) vs APAC (Asia-Pacific) device variants. For devices which have a separate APAC variant, the firmware and CIQ support usually lags behind WW (in some cases, permanently). If minApiLevel in manifest.xml is set too high, it may exclude APAC variants while still including WW variants, for certain devices.

You may be taking the comment you're replying to a tad too literally...

Either way, the person you're replying to has an Instinct 2 Solar, and none of the "absolutsweat" apps support that device in any case.
