You'll note that the OP's title:

- seems to be a direct quote of the error message they're seeing (not a paraphrase)

- is completely different than the error message discussed in that thread

It's possible that both are caused by the same problem, but it's also possible that OP experienced a completely different problem. I haven't seen the exact error message in OP's title myself.
