Does the Fenix 8 amoled not have ecg? I don’t have the option & have updated the app and the watch. YouTube was no help.

That link didn’t work. I full set it up. Option for exg was never there. I’m in the US.
I completed set up ecg was never listed as an option I’m in the US
Try the link I posted, removing/unpair the watch from garmin connect, then repair again and check garmin connect to complete the setup.
