Colors on colored watches

Is there a SDK guideline or something like web colors for the best color appearance? Cannot found any informations. Btw the SDK documentation is something stupid.

Thanks for the reply. I use layouts, which are good in many ways, but maybe I'll have to reimagine things.

I use dc calls (no layouts) so I just use dc.setColor() and then dc.clear().

In Eclipse, if you do "File>new>Connect IQ", and use the template to create a "watchface - Simple With Settings", it shows you how to change the background using settings when using layouts.
