ERA not working

Yes I know there's been a lot of posts on this, but what can I do? ERA has not reported an error for my app for months and I don't believe my app is 100% stable (even though it does not crash in field testing).

I have a justifiably pissed off user who is reporting an app crash (I am trying to get them to send the LOG, but they're not happy!)

Every time I open ERA I get:

When I click the OK button I get an empty panel.

Please, Garmin, what can I do?

Current version 7 days, but previous version was three months without a single report.

Are your users generally using things like the vahr? No ERA from them.

No. They are using the whole gamut of devices.

How do I know? There are no stats from Garmin on installs by device.

I log every user's app start with date, location, device, app version. Here's an extract from a couple of days ago, device and number of users:
