How to flash the NRF52840 dongle in order to use it with the CIQ Simulator ?

The nRF connect programmer "Erase Write " button always disabled

When doing scans i could see other devices, however i could not see iphone/ipad, even when i used a tool to advertise on the phone. I never figured out why i could only see other devices. I suspect that perhaps the CIQ is filtering out the phone. Perhaps related to the the CIQ comms channel with garmin connect? Anyhow, try scanning for another device that is not a phone.
