Edge 1000 neue Firmware 6.00

Changes made from version 5.20 to 6.00:

Added support for Varia Vision. Pair with this sensor by turning it on and adding it by selecting Settings > Sensors > Add Sensor > Varia Vision. Choose it from your list of sensors to configure its display settings and data screens.
Improved stability of ANT+ and Bluetooth connections to address dropout issues.
Improved navigation by leveraging enhanced map data in 2015.30 cycle maps.
Added the ability to automatically download software updates over Bluetooth. You will be able to download the next software update after this one by pairing to a smartphone with the Garmin Connect Mobile app. Updates can be installed when you are prompted after they are downloaded. If you choose to wait, a ready-to-install update can be found in Menu > Settings > About > System > Software Update.
Fixed an issue causing some manual activity uploads over Bluetooth to fail.

hmm jetzt hab ich gerade das Update gemacht. Und dann kommt die Meldung "Karten sind nicht Freigeschalet"

Was muss ich denn da machen? ich kann keinen Fehler feststellen, Routing funktioniert einwandfrei...

Tja, die letzten Versionnummern für die letzten Änderungen hätten wohl besser 5.01, 5.02 und 5.03 gelautet. Selbst nen 0.10 Version wäre für die letzten Änderungen zuviel und schon gar kein Major-Release.

Bei neuer Firmware 6.0 fährt mein Garmin EDGE 1000 nach STOP / START herunter und schaltet sich aus.
Ist schon mehrfach passiert. Update auf 6.0 wurde wieder mal verschlimmbessert!?

Habe deshalb Firmware 5.20 wieder installiert.

Ich hatte heute leider mehrfache Abstürze während der Fahrt. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten mindestens sieben an der Zahl. Hatte ich leider bisher noch nie.

Eine Frage an die Moderatoren. Hlefen irgendwelche Errorlogs?

Hallo,
ich bin zwar kein Moderator, aber ich würde empfehlen, das Errorlog zu posten. Zusätzlich noch angeben, welche Karte benutzt wird und wann der Fehler genau auftrat (z.B. an einem bestimmten Ort, bei einer bestimmten Aktion am Gerät,...). Die Moderatoren leiten diese Infos an die Entwickler weiter. Der Aufwand für Dich hält sich ja im Rahmen und schaden kann's nie.

Würde zwar hier schon gefragt aber wie kann ich das Updaten 100% verhindern. Mittlerweile fragt er schon beim Start ob er die 6.0 installieren soll. Sag zwar dann nein aber beim letzten Mal wurde dann trotzdem installiert.
Kann ich das Update auf dem Gerät löschen bzw. wie heißt die Datei wenn ich Ran komme?
