My Venu is “not compatible” when trying to send a course from Connect App

When I try and send a course to my device it states that my device (Venu) is not compatible. I have only had the watch a few months and it has never been compatible.

please can you help?

AFAIK you can't navigate along a course. The Venue 2 ist able to navigate to a point, which was stored before or track back to start.
With the app Komoot it would work.
