Can't send workout to device anymore (not compatible)

This morning I created a new workout in my Garmin Connect app, and now I want to send it to my Garmin Venu. Strange enough, the app says "Device not compatible". I can see older workouts to my Venu, but the new ones won't send (while I created this in the same way as the old workouts). I've tried the following things:

- Update the app and my Garmin Venu to the latest version

- Delete my device in the app and connect again

- Delete the workouts (Not such a good idea, because I don't have a single workout on my watch anymore.) I can no longer add the workouts I had on it.

Hopefully someone can help me with this problem.

Run should definitely not be an issue. HIIT won’t work though, here is the list for compatible activities and what watches suppor them:

May we, if necessary, have permission to email you?
May we, if necessary, have permission to view/access your Garmin Connect account?
In what country do you live?
Please post a screenshot of the error that you're seeing.

Hi!

Sorry for my late reaction. I found the bug that prevented me from getting my workout on my watch. When I created the workout, I choose the sport "HIIT". This sport is not compatible with the Garmin Venu. When I create the same workout with another sport (like Power), my Venu is compatible.

Hopefully this solution can help other Venu owners with this problem.

What is the workout type? Not all workout types are compatible with the venu sq.

I´ve trayed run, HIIT and custom. My Venu is working well, only this problem

I’d make sure you have enough free space on your watch for the run.

I have the exact same issue although mine has never been compatible. Even with the running course. Please can someone give me info to fix the issue.

I live in Zambia. Would that be an issue with my Venu not being compatible?

What type of workout exactly? Not all workouts are compatible. Can you send a photo of what workout and what error message you're seeing on your Garmin Connect app and your Venu Sq, assuming you own a Venu Sq?
