My wife gave me a new Garmin FENIX 8 AMOLED Titanium with DLC for Christmas.
I have been using the watch for about 10 days - 2 times scuba diving, a couple of mountainbike trips and running. After 10 days I have already strong scratches in the bezel. The watch has never fallen on the ground nor did I hit anything hard with it.
I have been using Garmin watches since many year - I have one FENIX 6 for example, where the bezel shows no scratches at all - and this after a couple of thousand activities.
I have contacted Garmin viat the chat- they say that scratches are normal, and scratches will appear after some time. No reason for them to exachange the watch. Instead they offered me to repair the watch for 367€ - this for a watch, that is not even one month old!!!!
I have also contacted Garmin by email but never got a reply. Is this normal?
