For some time now I have been having sporadic connection problems between my Fenix 7x Pro Solar and Garmin Connect. While recording a tour with the bike, the watch suddenly displays a message saying that it has lost the connection. If I then check the Bluetooth connections on my iPhone 13Pro, there is indeed a connection. I then close Connect and restart it, and the connection usually works again for a while. The software is up to date on the watch and on the iPhone, which I am currently using IOS 17.7.
