How can I get a refund from Garmin if my Garmin Epix Pro is just having problems? (trial period is over)

Unfornuately my Epix Pro is having a lot of issues. Might be software or even hardware. It's just not working as it should.

Garmin Support is denying those issues. A replacement was not offered.

Has anyone else made such experiences with Garmin support?
