Defective Garmin Fenix 6S Pro - All Sensor stopped working.

I have a Garmin Fenix 6S Pro, which I acquired a year ago. Sadly, the steps sensor, as well as the heart rate sensor stopped working two weeks ago. I have tried contacting Garmin Support, impossible (quite a baaaaad thing for such a brand to be unreachable!). Does anyone have a tip on how to contact Garmin in order to request a replacement (2 years warranty, right?)?
