Map of run has stopped working in Garmin connect

I have a Fenix 3 hr and my map data does not show when I sync with Garmin connect. This used to work about 3 mths ago.

What is map data? F3 does not support any maps by default, just simple navigation by direction to way point. Looks like you are used third party SW. Specify more detailed what SW you are used, or ask developer of SW

When I view my running activity I can only see time, distance, calories, pace and elevation in the Garmin connect app. Previously I would be able to view the map of my running activity.

Ich habe seit zwei Wochen das gleiche Problem. In Garmin Connect und Strava wird die gelaufene Strecke nicht mehr angezeigt.

Die SW ist auf dem aktuellsten Stand und Einstellungen habe ich nicht geändert.

Mit dem Edge aufgezeichnete Aktivitäten werden als Strecke dargestellt.

I've had the same problem for two weeks. In Garmin Connect and Strava, the track I ran is no longer displayed.

The SW is up to date and I have not changed any settings.

Activities recorded with the Edge are displayed as a track.
