One side note, the links below will propagate in do time. Please do not feel compelled to post that the links don't work. If, at the time you attempt to use them, they have not fully propagated, please give it some time. They will update for all at some point.

Installation Instructions:
1. The GUPDATE.RGN file can then be placed directly in the \Garmin folder.
2. Remove from the charge clip and follow the on-screen prompts to continue with the update process.
3.32b Change Log Notes:
- Added music and volume controls for iOS with non-native music apps.
- Improved the precision of 24/7 heart rate data, when being viewed on the Garmin Connect Mobile app.
- Improved the responsiveness of floors climbed data.
- Fixed issue where one would see small dropouts on the heart rate widget.
