Fenix 3 HR Software Version 3.50 and Sensor Hub Version 2.70 Are Available Now!

This software can be downloaded with Garmin Express or Garmin Connect Mobile.

Changes made from version 3.20 to 3.50:

Added support for Connect IQ 1.3.0 SDK. See the Connect IQ 1.3.0 SDK for a list of new features.
Added support for Apple Media Service - users can now control any active music player, e.g. Spotify, as well as volume. (requires iOS 8.0 and higher)
Added support for phone apps to subscribe for more frequent data updates.
Added support for the dog tracker widget. (Settings > Widgets > DogTrack)
Added support for broadcasting wrist heart rate data over ANT to other devices during an activity. (Settings > Sensors > Wrist Heart Rate > Broadcast HR > In App)
Improved wrist heart rate performance. (Requires WHR 2.70)
Improved the accuracy of pace data for paddle sports.
Improved how sleep movement could impact intensity minutes calculations.
Improved the responsiveness of floors climbed data.
Fixed potential issues with golf scorecards and summary information.
Fixed an issue with the intensity minutes widget potentially showing dashes for high intensity minute values.
Fixed a potential issue with access to navigation while running a Connect IQ app.
Fixed a potential issue with access to app settings while running a Connect IQ app.
Fixed a potential issue with the backlight failing to turn on when using the LIGHT key.
Fixed an issue where calorie data was not being recorded correctly on the subsequent activity, after using an HRM-Tri or HRM-Swim.
Fixed a potential issue with swim workouts.

Seit dem Update funktionieren bei mir die Smart Notifications nicht mehr sauber.
Konkret: Die Uhr zeigt sie zwar an, aber es gibt keine Vibration mehr. Habe mal die Einstellungen geprüft und testweise geändert, aber ohne Erfolg.
Auch ein Neustart brachte nichts.
Im Nachhinein glaube ich, dass das Problem auch schon bei der Beta 3.40 bestand...

Setup:
iPhone 6s mit iOS 10 Public Beta 4, vielleicht liegt es auch daran.
Daher wäre es gut zu wissen, ob nur ich das Problem habe.

Seit dem Update auf die Version 3.50 (davor hatte ich die Beta Version 3.40) funktioniert das Barometer bzw. der Höhenmesser nicht mehr einwandfrei. Ich bekomme Sprünge bei der angezeigten Höhe bis auf 10.000m -> somit auch eine Unwetterwarnung. Meine letzte Aktivität hat auch 1.300 Höhenmeter angezeigt, statt tatsächlich 156m (Berechnung lt. Strava).
Der Luftdruck verändert sich innerhalb der kürzesten Zeit von 1031 mbar auf 800 mbar.
Ich habe aber heute zuerst die 3.40 Software wieder geladen und danach kam wieder automatisch das Update auf die 3.50 Version.

Kann ich nicht bestätigen ... Barometer scheint bei mir normal ... Benachrichtigungen sind aber ohne Vibration ...

Update:

A fix was implemented in Garmin Connect that will prevent the vibration/tone alerts from being turned off on devices that have the ability to manually adjust this setting.

A fix for devices that do not have a manual setting for vibration/tones is still being worked on, in order to resolve this issue fully.

Das erschließt sich mir nicht ... in der Uhr sind bei den Benachrichtigungen ja die Vibrationen eingeschaltet - es vibriert aber nicht?!

Edit : Doch, gefunden. Die Vibrationen wurden unter Einstellungen - System - Töne komplett abgestellt.
Wenn man es dort wieder einschaltet, geht es wieder ...

Der Vibrationsalarm wurde im Zuge des Updates auch bei mir aktiviert. Ich möchte euch daher empfehlen nach dem Update und vor der ersten Aktivität die Einstellung zu überprüfen.

Und die Sprache lässt sich in der Uhr nicht mehr auf Deutsch umstellen... bleibt hartnäckig auf Englisch stehen
