i am using a etrex 20x and i create waypoints for registering collected items from a certain point in terrain. Sometimes when the device is in my pocket, i accidently create a waypoint ... it also happened once that i created 20 waypoints by accident ... it wouldn't be a problem if i wouldn't have some kind of prepared cards where the number is printed on which would get wasted if i skip points
However, is it possible to "reset" the next ID/Name to a certain point again? Or is it impossible to do?
I also know that the ID counter was reset, when i did an update. This might also be a case a reset to a certain point might be appropriate
