I've gotten my Epix gen 2 a few weeks ago. I've used it mainly for running, following a structure of intervals, run - walk, etc.
the problem is that it shows 'load focus anaerobic' instead of aerobic training focus.
It tells me to work on low aerobic, so what would this mean? what types of run or workouts am i support to do to fix this. My HR average is about 180 during runs.
I would also like to know what is contributing to the high aerobic and low aerobic. Is it telling me to do more of high and low aerobic as it's not in the optimal range?
or does load focus mean i have to focus on anerobic such as weights more as it doesn't show on the gragh??
