Error Verifying Mobile Number - "The phone number provided is blocked for verification."

Hi there,

I have the following:

iPhone 15 Pro Max
iOS 17.5.1
Solid WiFi
Solid Cellular Connection
1. Located in Malaysia
2. Cellular provider - Maxis
Garmin Messenger v1.18.1

I am trying to verify my number and keep getting a "The phone number provided is blocked for verification." Screenshot below. I have tried with a different number that I owe, and I am getting the same issue. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I didn't do anything. I just tried a few days later and it suddenly sent a verification code.

Hello, I would recommend the following troubleshooting in this article Garmin Messenger App Verification Code Not Received or Expired. If that still does not work let us know and we will have to create a case to have this looked into further.
