joebaum I would recommend going in and deleting your garmin messenger account, then uninstall the app, restart your phone, then reinstall the app again and try again.

I followed the procedures and in the Messenger settings, I authorized everything, so it is not my S23 which is blocking the reception of messages, since I normally receive other text messages.

For Android users take care with automatic filling. Android automatic fill my phone number replacing the first 0 of the french domestic phone number by a space " ".
The phone number expected is without the first 0
This was the cause of the problem.
