Garmin Golf not ending round

Good day,

I am experiencing a recurring issue with my Garmin Fenix 7X while using it for golf. This has now happened twice in a row.

After completing my round, I properly end it on my watch. However, when I open the Garmin Golf app, it still indicates that the round is active. If I then end the round through the app, the scorecard is saved, but none of my tracked shots or distances appear.

Furthermore, when I start a new round the following week, my watch again shows a “round still active” notification from the previous game. I then need to manually end that round before I can begin a new one.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

    I thought the problem was maybe with the watch so I upgraded to the Epix Gen 2 Pro. Exactly the same problem. This time when I ended the round. The watch restarted. Then I went to Garmin Golf on the watch again. And the round was still active. I ended the round again. Now it shows the scorecard but no tracked shots. I think it is a software issue. Can someone from Garmin please figure this out? This ons not suppose to happen on a watch of this price.

    J’ai essayé mais ça n’a tout de même pas marché. Les shots ne sont pas visible par la suite sur Garmin golf. Malgré une synchronisation via Garmin express.

    I am having exact same issue with my Garmin 7X pro sapphire solar. & then when I do re end the round before starting my next round. The scorecard is in the app, but none of my shots & distances available to review. 

    had anyone had any ways to rezolve?

    Exactly the same experience. My watch says round ended & saved successfully or whatever. Then watch glitches and restarts.

    but when I check the app, the “activity” is there, as in how many kms walked etc… but not the round of golf. So I hand to go back into golf on the watch, it says “round still in progress” so then I have to re end the round… it saves & scorecard now available not none of my shots in shotmap are available. But I know they have neem tracked as the distance since hit shot shows on each shot on top of the watch as I walk to the ball

    same issue for me. There is a similar post in the Garmin golf android forum as well. I've updated the maps/software via garmin express as advised. The next two rounds. I then went to a play a 3rd round at my home course (different cours than the two rounds that worked) and the watch restarted when I finished the round. I still had the round ongoing in the app so finished the round and no shot map. It seems like this is a bug that Garmin needs to fix asap! i have the CT10 sensors and played 4 rounds now with them, 2 of those with no shot map data!

    Any news or update on this issue? 6th round now with nothing. Golf season is ending soon over here and would be nice to get it back on track before Winter comes
