Golf app not showing putts on scorecard

Hi, the last two rounds I played my putts have not shown on the scorecard.  Rounds played on 5/7, 5/17, 5/18 and 5/24 putts showed on the scorecard.  However putts are missing from the scorecard from rounds I played on 5/25 and 5:31. It appears I have the updated version 3.3.3.1.  Thanks.

    Garmin is still in the process of working on a fix for this concern. Once a solution has been released, I will communicate here on the thread as the solution is made available.

    Hi Cody thanks for the update. It has now been over 4 months since this was first brought to the attention of Garmin. It is very coincidental that it occurred after the new app update was done. Clearly Garmin app was corrupted. And those of us that updated the app are now still stuffed.

    it is inconceivable that a company that prides itself on tech capabilities is taking so long to fix an issue that they have created by going live. Just give us back our old app asap.

    My Golf app has version 3.4.1.1 and all putts are shown on the scorecard.

    Thanks I updated to this version the other day and played golf yesterday. This time I saved round without editing a hole first and all putts etc were shown in stats and shots overview. Will see if this continues to be the case this weekend.

    Played again today and for some unknown reason puts were not shown on the scorecard. This is still very frustrating and irregular with no further feedback from Garmin.

    Hi Cody it has now been another 16 days since this last reply by you. Surely another update could be forthcoming from your engineering department?????

    I agree that this issue is absolutely ridiculous. Something as basic as syncing the watch to the App should never break if they have proper testing. The fact that it did break, and they haven’t been able to correct it over several months indicates either a complete lack of competence by the engineering team or a total lack of urgency to support their products.  Either way this looks really bad on Garmin.

    I am now looking for an alternative so if anyone has suggestions I would appreciate your input.

    Out of interest do you have many saved rounds before now?

    Is there any date you hope to have this fixed? Is there anyway to enter manually after a round?

    App still not recording GIR and number of Putts. Currently on 3.4.1.1 version of app.

    Running IOS version 18.6.2 on iPhone 13

    When will there be a fix for this
