Golf app not showing putts on scorecard

Hi, the last two rounds I played my putts have not shown on the scorecard.  Rounds played on 5/7, 5/17, 5/18 and 5/24 putts showed on the scorecard.  However putts are missing from the scorecard from rounds I played on 5/25 and 5:31. It appears I have the updated version 3.3.3.1.  Thanks. 

  • Same here. Odd thing is that I played on one course on May 7 and Jun 4 and putt and GIR data missing. I played a different course on May 21 and data is there. I checked the FIT files on my watch (Fenix 7pro) with a fit file reader and the data is there. Currently on version 3.3.3.1 ??

  • I have sent a direct message to those on this thread reporting the concern with golf statistics missing on scorecards synced over to the Garmin Golf app. 

    Please keep an eye out for my request where the message box icon is in the upper right section of the forums website.

  • For the second time, I entered putts on my Fenix 6 Pro, but they did not show in Golf. Reviewing the activity on the watch, the putts are on the watch but don’t seem to be synchronizing through Connect to the Golf app.

  • This is happening to me as well, golf activity captured on a Fenix 6 Pro, putts are displayed when reviewing on the watch but Golf app shows no putts.

  • I have this same issue. Garmin S70 version 21.19. Watch version 3.3.3.1.

  • I suspect this is related, but yesterday I also noticed that the S70 showed an extreme and incorrect number of putts. On one hole, it showed 6 strokes and 5 putts when I definitely did not enter 5 putts. Ironically, the putts did sync this time to the Golf app so this is clearly seems like an intermittent bug.

  • Just noticed my Putts are not showing.  Just my last few rounds, am definitely recording putts and fairways per round, fairways seems to be uploading but not putts.  Putts are just blank, no data

  • Garmin Golf version 3.4.01, Garmin Connect 5.15.0.16, IOS 18.5, all accounts synced to one email, all standard reboot / reload/ resync completed..... Garmin watch S62 extremely reliable and user input diligently and accurately input. However - recent putt data is not syncing to Garmin connect over the last 3 rounds,  this user has needed to input stats manually from the watch putt stats direct to golf activity / in edit score.

    I believe this is a new issue for Garmin and l would be grateful for an update or fix with regards to this issue.

    218 rounds recorded in Garmin Golf, with 215 rounds - no issue. Seeking advise as to why now. Many thanks
