Golf app not showing putts on scorecard

Hi, the last two rounds I played my putts have not shown on the scorecard.  Rounds played on 5/7, 5/17, 5/18 and 5/24 putts showed on the scorecard.  However putts are missing from the scorecard from rounds I played on 5/25 and 5:31. It appears I have the updated version 3.3.3.1.  Thanks. 

  • I have the same experience. It happened once a few rounds ago. Did not happen for the next round. But has now happened for five rounds in a row. Very frustrating.

  • Question: what do you mean with puts not visible on the app-scorecard? Do you see strokes by putts or do you miss the complete line for putts?

  • I am also having the same issue. I have CT10 sensors. I had one allocated to my putter but since the new app update the sensor can not be allocated to a putter as no putter is displayed on the Fenix 6 pro. The sensor can be allocated to any unassigned club without any issue. So it is my thinking that the app change has caused all these issues. The new app update has allocated clubs into specific sectors ie woods, hybrids, irons and putters. Putters are not displayed on the watch so sensor can not be assigned.

    please advise asap when this bug will be fixed? In the meantime can we reinstall any earlier version of the app asap?

  • Has this been resolved for you I am also recently having this same issue, putts and up and downs and GIR not showing but strangely fairways hit is showng 

  • Not resolved yet, but to be fair, I just sent in my diagnostic logs yesterday. 

  • No it has not. Garmin Oz has taken my report on the issues and has forwarded to Garmin Engineering but yet to have a response. I told them that there are many frustrated Garmin users and they had better act promptly. I believe anyone who has updated the Garmin Golf app now has the problem. My stats were all ok until I updated this app. It is definitely the app update that has caused the problem. I do not know of anyway to go back to the earlier version. I have also lost all the putting stats now as well! Not happy Chappy!

  • I have the same problem.  It worked in June but the rounds I played in July are missing the putts.  I checked on my watch (Approach S50) and the putts are showing there, so appears to be the App that's the problem

  • Just played again today and this time the putts are showing for this round on the App.  No idea why it worked this time

  • I have sent in my diagnostics but heard nothing back.  Two days ago, I played the same 9 holes twice in a row but need to have two scores since it was the same 9 holes.  One of my rounds shows all my data (putts, GIR, penalties) but the other round is missing putts, GIR, and penalties.  What is going on with Garmin.  Is anyone working on this?
