Golf app not showing hole to hole shots after syncing with S70

I tried to reinstall app, restart watch but still could not get the full hole by hole record

  • Having the same problem!

  • I have same issue. Any ideas Garmin

  • The photo showing the map layout of the hole above has one shot by the green, which indicates that shots were missed due to the following reasons listed below:

    • The watch was not displaying the front, middle and back distances when teeing off. If the course or the tee box was still needing selected and was not confirmed on screen until later down the hole after teeing off, this will cause shots to be missed.
    • If the Club Prompt feature is enabled in Golf Settings on the watch, the watch will prompt on screen a list of clubs after a shot is detected. User's must select the club used immediately after shot is detected before taking another shot. If the club list is still on the screen and another shot is taken...the watch will not record subsequent shots.
    • Open the main menu on the watch to view the User Profile section of settings > Confirm the "Wrist Worn On" setting shows the correct arm the watch is being worn on during the round. Make sure to wear the watch on your lead wrist (left hand if using right-handed clubs) or (right arm if using left-handed clubs).
    • Ensure the watch is being worn on top of the wrist just above the wrist bone, clear of the golf glove being worn (if wearing a glove).

Below are links to the Garmin Support articles outlined in-depth how the Autoshot detection features work golf watches, and more info as to why shots may not get detected during the round:
