I have 21 scorecards uploaded. I have my smartphone bluetooth always connected. Club Prompt is enabled. And the distances referred to in the question are taken from the Club Performance section of Garmin Golf. I don't know what else to do to reclaim it's initial accuracy.
With 21 scorecards, you should be getting solid information. I am sorry there is no easy fix for this type of issue. The most you can try is resetting it to see if it will then properly calibrate and give you the types of results you were once seeing.
To soft reset, hold down your middle right power button until it shuts off. Then let go of the button. You can factory reset it through the system menu.

On Sept 7th, I emailed in to Garmin Support 4 pictures of the watch making various faulty recommendations. This was suggested by Parrish in Garmin Chat. I have not heard back yet. Parrish also suggested the soft reset which I performed without success.
Please do not hesitate to call back in or email back in. I have not had even 1 other caddie report since the watch was released 1 year ago. The only question that comes up is how many rounds to see the caddie kick in.
